Account and Loan Applications Online: There’s no easier way to open your account or apply for a loan than through our online application process. You can apply directly from our website, or while you are in online banking.
Online and Mobile Banking: Whether you are at your home office or on the go, access to your accounts for balances and transactions is available online. Our online banking features give you much more than balances, including money transfers, payments, eStatements, alerts, and more.
AIM Video Chat: We love seeing your face! But you don’t have to make a trip to a branch to for us to greet you personally. Our online video teller app, AIM, is as close as your mobile phone, tablet, or desktop computer. It’s full on-screen interactive assistance. Video Specialists: When you need to meet with a service representative or loan specialist, you can be connected at any Skyward branch. The nearest branch can help you connect with our local specialists in our video offices. Sign or provide documents, learn more about your accounts and get the answers you need with one of our expert specialists.
Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs): When you are out and about, but also in a hurry, our interactive teller machines are the answer. Use our drive-thru lane at the 13th and Maize or Greenwich locations for a face-to-face interactive experience without leaving your car. It’s true convenience.
