How to activate your Debit Mastercard:

  1. CALL 1-888-691-8661 to activate your new Debit Mastercard.
  2. CALL the PIN Now phone number at 1-888-891-2435 to setup your PIN. Your PIN will not work until you have set it up on the new debit card.* 
  3. Sign the back of your new Debit Mastercard.
  4. Cut up and discard your existing Visa® debit card.
  5. Notify merchants of your new card number if they automatically bill your debit card

*Skyward CU will NEVER ask for your PIN. If you receive an unsolicited call, text or email asking for your PIN or other personal account information, do not respond. 
Existing Visa® debit cards expired on August 12, 2024, even if it has a future expiration date on the card.
