The First Time You Access Our New Online Banking

On your first visit to our new online banking, you will be required to Enroll Now PDF file  to gain access to your accounts. After that, it’s as easy as entering your username and password located on any page at the top of the website.

Simply search for Skyward Credit Union. All features in Online Banking are available also on Mobile Banking. So, you can have access at home, at the office or on the go!

    How will I access the new online banking?
    If this is the first time you have accessed our new Online Banking, select “Enroll Now” by the Login on the upper right corner on the website. You must first go through a verification process (by text, email notice or phone call) to receive a code to get access to the new Online Banking.

    Can I re-use my past NetTeller username and password?
    The past NetTeller username will be tied to the primary owner of the account. Only the account's primary owner can use that username. The account's joint owner will need to setup a new username.

    You can setup your password to be the same as your NetTeller password if it meets the new password requirements.

    How do I know if I am a primary owner or a joint owner?
    On your statement the primary owner will be listed first and the joint owner is listed on the second line.

    How can I update my contact information for the one-time passcode?
    If you are the primary owner, you can log into NetTeller and select Other Services and Change of Address. If you are a joint owner, you can send us a message on NetTeller with your updated information.

    Will I need to re-setup Bill Pay?
    Your current Bill Pay account will be linked to the online account for the account's primary owner. If you are a joint owner you will need to setup your payees again.

    Will I need to re-setup my re-occurring transfers?
    No, your re-occurring transfers will still happen. But the transfers setup in NetTeller will not be available for you to edit (i.e., change or delete) in our new online and mobile banking. To make changes to re-occurring transfers that were set up in NetTeller, you will need to contact Skyward Credit Union to update.

    Will I need to download a new mobile app?
    Yes. Vsit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download the new app. You need to uninstall the old app from your device.
